Grange Developments was founded in 2006 by Mark Howard, whose interest in property began with his own ambition to move up the housing ladder. What started as a personal venture has grown into an established residential development company, with a portfolio of properties across the East Midlands.
Over the past two decades, Grange has undertaken a diverse range of projects, from the sensitive restoration of Grade II listed buildings to the development of contemporary new homes. Each has brought its own challenges and opportunities, helping shape the experience and approach that define the company today.
Our focus is on creating well-designed homes with a high standard of construction, carefully selected materials and finishes that stand the test of time. We pay particular attention to the aspects of a property that make a genuine difference to everyday living, from the proportions of individual rooms and the flow between spaces to natural light, practical layouts and the quality of the final specification.
